Ready to take a break from work and enjoy your lunch at a park that has live music? Now you can. It’s that time of year again, the Founders Park Wednesday Noon Concert Series is back for the summer. This is a free show series thanks to The Community Foundation of the Ozarks, the Downtown Springfield Community Improvement District, the Springfield-Greene County Park Board and the Urban Districts Alliance.

Founders Park 2014 Concert Series:

•May 21 – Barak Hill
•May 28 – Summit Preparatory School All-Stars
•June 4 – Little Hoover’s Big Band
•June 11- Springfield Ballet
•June 18- Allie Hutsell & Friends
•June 25- The Prospex

The concerts are on Wednesdays and run from 12:15—12:45 p.m. Bring your lunch and a friend. If you have questions or want more information call 831-6200.
